Unfortunately this company makes promises and doesn't follow through. Staff are spread so thin they have to use unpaid interns to do a lot of work. They also outsource much of their work out of the country and don't pay their employees enough to compete with the market salary. As a result there is significant turnover, firing/lay-offs, and low employee morale.
Flexible WFH schedule. Great at recruiting smart people who are eager to grow.
Cons
Based on my experience, I had multiple issues working for this company.
I was told I’d have the opportunity to earn significantly more than my base salary (25k+) and learned quickly after joining the infrastructure and resources were not in place to allow me to do. Bottom line- I would not let them negotiate a low base salary because you will not get any additional compensation (even if verbally promised).
Leaders do not provide the support you would find at most companies. The owners are operating a number of businesses/investments and are truly looking for people to operate under little guidance (in other words, the culture is ‘learn by doing’ and they are seeking candidates ‘resilient in their pursuit of their own growth’).
Best of luck in your search!
