      Pros

      Good experiance overall .the company rules and regulations is good and company response against employee is very good.the online training is usefull for all employee and developed skills. All the managers and senior people are also very supportive and understanding.very good place for learning and growing special for freshers who wants to build their career into uk / us market.

      Nothing is bad about organization. Overall good experience as far.

      1. Excellent at the flexible options at work 2. No pressure, meaningful and achievable timelines. Employee friendly 3. All functions (HR, IT, Finance) are absolutely clear on what they are doing and very handy for any questions raised 4. I have been with Smartedge for 5 years now and has helped me a lot to grow my IT career with various technology options

      Cons

      Medium sized company as a result a bit less on corporate atmosphere at work but this hardly matters when you get a good pay, flexible options for work and the colleagues are nice.
