Pros

They have free coffee and free toys.

Cons

Training is something they need to definitely work on. Management will not let you make any mistakes even though its your first time performing a task and you are in "training". Management is very rude and will belittle you they act like its your fault if you make a mistake due to the way they train. They do not know how to explain things they work in these programs on a daily basis but dont slow down to explain things to a newbie. I have had many many years of experience on computers. I build them and work on them as a hobby. Just because I didnt grasp something the first time they glazed over it I was to blame. People make mistakes in "training" they did not seem to be forgiving for my first time performing a task and making a mistake. They dont seem to have patience and they dont seem to understand the term "training". They are very rude and will threaten your job if you make a mistake in "training" even though they didnt teach you how to perform the task. Training mostly consist of keying orders in their outdated software. They are using out dated software and dont seem to want to change things even though it makes no sense to perform a task that way.

Pros

Lots to do, get to learn a lot of different things

Cons

Company is so small that employees are often expected to do the jobs of many people. Time and resources are stretched to the max.
