      Pros

      Great international company with driven, supportive and approachable team mates that will inspire you to become the best version of yourself. Everyone embraces a growth mindset, which means there is a lot of room for personal development and opportunity to initiate new projects. Being able to work from anywhere and having flexible working hours is a real plus for me, as I have family who live all over the world.

      Cons

      When working in an international team with colleagues in different time zones you'll have to make sure to set your own boundaries and to switch-off notifications. This isn't really a con, but it's just something to be mindful of :)

      -The ability to share join to help shape the future of a promising country -Very knowledgeable and hard worker colleagues that all aim for success with the ' One Team, One Goal' premise -We are seeing an important day by day growth and it is lovely to see how small changes make big important improvements to the platform -Exciting moment to join as we are about to get funding and we can see we are going up and beyond! -Fast pace and exciting environment where we all have a voice -Management team is transparent and they keep us on the loop on anything that is happening with investors -You will learn a lot and put a lot of hats on your head!

      Cons

      This is a fast paced environment where priorities shift all the time and although it is not a con, it is not for everyone. This job is not for a person that wants to join an already 100% structured company. We are moving towards that but it can seem a bit chaotic to start with!
