Pros

The environment is one of respect and dignity. There is major growth and lots of opportunity. They have completely restructured management and new HR. The wages have become more competitive. I feel I have a voice here. I’m blessed to have found this place. The product is top notch, but the people here are what really makes it a joy to come to work.

The atmosphere at Smith Tea is exceptional. There is such a mutual respect and kindness between all departments. The high up positions to the just beginning workers are treated with equal respect and dignity. It is rare to find this level of work cohesiveness. I’m feel blessed to be part of this forward moving company. I recommend to anyone looking for an oasis from the typical burnt out grind work mindset. You really feel apart of the overall success. It’s nice
