Users say... "Poor management communication." "Poor leadership; lacked ownership to take care of the employees" "lighters with literal safety violations putting peoples health in danger....There are other companies and customers now stepping in to do the work....They want out as soon as they can but they got caught off guard by the incredulous actions of an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) team on a plank circling the drain...Middle management has been changed over so many times to tow the line of the ELT.....new middle management comes in...surveys all the poor people stuck with making an impossible situation to work, guts a few more, reports back to ELT that action was taken....that doesn't work, eventually middle management gets frustrated, quits or gets the 'is no longer with the business' treatment (which is a tap on the shoulder and escort out)."
