Pros
Great teamwork, lot of entusiasm. there are many innovative ideas, lots of people and interpersonal skill at play here. As long as these are in play then the results will be coming thick and fast. We have also been approached by people abroad to instruct us with their properties so the methods have been working.
Cons
We have experienced some difficulty so far in trying to acquire new instructions, but do believe that the methods we have been using will eventually pay off and thereis just a time factor element in play
