Pros
- High transparency regarding company finances and budgeting - Friendly and supportive community - Full HO option accompanied by a nice office - Professional workforce with learning urge - Good salary - Great variety of projects - Cool leadership
Cons
As working on projects is billed by time, it's hard to allocate enough resources and people on internal, thus non-billable, efforts without going over-time. The company is aware of this, though, but we are still to see some improvements regarding this.
