      - Able to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds - Mid place to start your career

      Cons

      - Bad resource management, causing chaos in projects - Bad mentorship and knowledge transfer. You basically have to figure things out on your own which is good if time and money is not involved. - There is no staying factor. You do good? Axed. You perform badly? Axed. You've contributed for years? Axed. - SMT pulled a 1984. Putting on a facade and erasing traces even though people can clearly see that the work force is shrinking. - Not much career growth. Reminds me of my great grandma when she told me to look at the trees. Seedlings die, trees wither, leaves fall, flowers die. But instead of disease and nature it's SMT doing it.

      Offer Cancelled Days Before Start Date

      The company withdrew the job offer just days before my scheduled start date, after I had already resigned from my previous job based on the confirmed offer. This reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for candidates. Such last-minute cancellations raise serious concerns about the company’s internal processes and reliability. Candidates should think very carefully before resigning from their current job based on an offer from this company.
