Lots of downside aside from low pay it has poor management and does not have the proper employee benefits.

Nice work ambiance, you have early access to upcoming cartoons, and you will have your name in the end credits, Veterans are always approachable and willing to teach you where they're good at. The salary is Good, especially for starters.

Cons
