- Bonus - Good Pay for data engineers - In our team we can work very flexibly - within my team we are all very much in sync and work well together - I am not micro managed

Cons

- Our team often left out of strategy/ plans, making us reactive when we should have the space / funding to be proactive. - Little to no office "vibe" - Very secretive with bonuses and pay rises - Constant churn of employees - No employee benefits - Offices are too far west of London, making most peoples commute a slog - Office sink often doesn't work, too few toilets, too much junk food/snacks, barely any vegan food.
