One of the biggest pros of working here is the hybrid flexibility, it allows me to stay productive while also being present for my family, which is incredibly important to me. Cons
With the hybrid work model, we’re not always in person together as a team. While we get a lot done remotely, there’s something uniquely valuable about face-to-face collaboration that can be harder to replicate virtually. Some of our best brainstorming and team bonding happens when we’re all in the same room.
