Stay far far away from this company. Employees are not valued. You are just a piece of the puzzle that can be easily replaced if you make too many waves. Extra effort is not recognized nor appreciated. Don't expect a raise unless you work in sales or human resources. Publicly traded company ran by "good ole boys" and you can certainly tell by the company culture. They have no problem wasting hundreds of dollars on a catered lunch, but are super critical on any spending that you try and do. Have gone overboard trying to get employees to follow the "Extreme Ownership" book, yet management picks and chooses the parts that they think they should follow.
