      Pros

      The benefits are nice. Kaiser Permanente is the best healthcare provider. You receive a lot of Paid Time Off, and the starting salary is high. Plus, you get a lot of free time because there isn't always too much things for you to do.

      Cons

      The hard skill that you learn in the office is very specialized to the solar industry, though you also learn other soft skills such as time management. Therefore, you'd better develop your own skill in your free time if you want a career.
