      Pros

      Right from leadership to all colleagues, we see heightened motivation levels to be the best in class. The culture sets it aside from many other companies I have worked for. The leaders take out the time to connect with everyone every month and give the real picture and answer tough questions. Colleagues are best in this industry. Happy to be here and learn everyday!

      With the product as unique as this, it has been bumpy but we will get there as we have the right people.
