Benefícios (seguros unimed, gympass, odonto e etc), remuneração, produto inovador, vanguarda tecnológica e boa estrutura, além do rápido crescimento

Cons

Parte dos gestores são ruins, falta treinamento e onboard de produto. Faltam processos bem definidos. Tem muita panela dentro da empresa que beneficia amigos e parentes de gestores ruins.
