Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging the good culture at Soliton Technologies. We would like to understand a bit more about the comment "Politics no proper feedback repetitive". In our recent Great Place to Work survey we scored substantially better than the top 50 mid-size companies in the dimension of not having politics at work. While the broader metric on Politics looks positive for us, we understand there can always be occasional exceptions and hence we are very keen to understand your specific experiences at soliton to correct any lapses.
