The technology is fascinating, and those working in the lab space are sure to pick many valuable skills. Starting to grow as a company, so is working towards fixing cons as the company dynamic shifts.
Cons
Currently, and this is ideally being worked on as the company moves forward, the management style is a little all over the place. Conflicting ideas and a severe lack of communication caused many large-scale issues within the company. Communication is extremely poor to the lab space, can sometimes feel very in the dark.
