Salary is okay Okay for beginners
Cons
Micromanagement. What they think is always right. They don’t value your opinion. No career advancement. No medical benefits in the first 6 months. No work life balance. You have to work during long weekends, weekends Contant work like a labour. Lot of bias and nepotism.
