      - Amazing team - They truly care about your professional growth - Interesting tasks, objectives based on personal strengths - Company leaders are present and trust their employees - Management gives a lot of constructive feedback Working at Solotech rekindled my passion for accounting and finances

      Cons

      - Does require overtime a few times a year, like most finance positions - It takes time to go up in hierarchy
