      Lots of knowledge amongst the team, great benefits and fantastic colleagues

      Cons

      A lot is expected for little money. Very talented people on very low wages. Career progression is there, but may take years.

      Awesome but cheap salary

      Passionate, helpful and optimistic colleagues Feeling like you cannot be replaced Boss leads rather than command Excellent gateway to have a good view of what the audio visual industry is like in Canada

      Cons

      Salary at least 4$ an hour cheaper than Solotech in Quebec The workload is so huge doing 3 things at once is the normal beat Salary does not augment more than 1% per year Most administrative positions are paid annually regardless of all your overtime

      Supportive team culture, limited career progression

      Pros

      Really supportive and friendly team culture. My colleagues were genuinely lovely to work with and always willing to help each other out. I felt welcomed and supported throughout my time here, and there was a strong sense of teamwork. I had the opportunity to work alongside some very skilled and experienced people, which helped me learn a lot and gain valuable experience throughout my time here.

      Cons

      Career progression opportunities could sometimes feel limited or unclear. More structure around development and progression would make the experience even better.
