If you like feeling like ‘just a number’, this is the place for you!

Cons

Upper management have no idea what they’re doing and subsequently take their own shortcomings out on lower grade staff. They also move you from one venue to another without consulting you and if you object to this they force you to quit.

Lower management and below are good people.

7 people made redundant overnight, unbelievably poor leadership at the top and they genuinely just see you as a number. I had a job on Monday 1/7 and Tuesday I did not along with 6 others with no prior warning. No opportunity for a goodbye to my team or manager over email or in person. Zero acknowledgment of years of loyalty and hard work. During a cost of living, rental and mental health crisis. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT DOING WELL. I would advise not applying in the near future.
