Good rates of pay. Relaxed on clocking in and out. Frequent breaks when workload slack. Free tea and coffee. Pension matching

Cons

Planned workload at breaking point. No allowances for lack of staff or breakdowns. Poor working environment. Unsafe. Antiquated plant. Not enough inventory space. Morale low across the board.

Pros

Salary is way above average for the area. Flexible when it comes to booking time off.

Cons

Hostile atmosphere at the Wrexham plant, which rubs off on you after a while. Zero sense of team spirit. Lots of finger-pointing instead of working to find solutions to reoccurring problems for the benefit of customers (who constantly complain that we’re difficult to work with).
