      Pros

      There really are no pros to list. The reality is the positive reviews are made up by the management team. If you enjoy working with low caliber people, then this place is great for you.

      Cons

      If there was an option to give this place a negative star, I totally would have. This place is literally HELL on earth! Management will use you for ideas, they will promise things and never deliver, and they constantly contradict themselves which makes for an extremely frustrating and stressful work environment. Every once in a while they make a promise to change the way things are and to make an effort to create a more positive work environment but this "effort" will last for about a week. The company has no clear direction, extremely high turn over. They don't provide reviews on overall performance, so you cant get a raise or a promotion.

      Pros

      I left before going insane. I guess if you are upper management, you can write fake reviews about the company like the 5 star review before this one.

      Cons

      Working here is a con. They con you into thinking that they got your back, and that you are important part of the team. The worst part is the people that run that ship. They about to run it into an iceberg.

      Great group to work with if you can keep up with the pace

      Pros

      Everyone is helpful and great to work with, giving it a comforting feeling. There is plenty to do throughout the day and working in multiple areas helps avoid burn out. They are flexible with their employees if time is needed for a day off/ able to make sure you are taken care of. There is a break room with vending machines/ coffee/tea etc. Somnomed offers benefits (with different plan choices) and does a great job (compared to others) at treating employees like people.

      Cons

      Hours are long, but makes for a good check! There is a need for more employees due to the inflow of work and increase in business. More people are being hired so the work flow will be leveling out.
