      Dangerous workplace with no support

      - growing company - nice office - career opportunities if you can stick it out - free food in replacement of actual support

      Cons

      - puts people with no experience in positions that should be for fully licensed counsellors, which is dangerous for both the customer and the staff. - Staff breaking down in the office became a norm due to traumatising cases that were coming in with literally no training or support from staff - anyone I saw who asked for support got told they might not be fit for the role, toxic environment based on 'suck it up ' mentality - largely underpaid for work that is put into the role - Business fronting as doing good and looking after people, but as soon as your in there is obvious that money comes before both staff and customer wellbeing

We have dedicated leadership in place, both on the Support Centre floor as well as line managers, as well as peer support sessions so it is disappointing that you didn't get the support you needed. We will seek to recommit to our team members and ensure that no one else has this experience. While I'm sure your feedback is well intended, I don't believe that your experience of the role is consistent with the others on the team. We have teams of Nurses, Counsellors and Psychologists that are able to support escalations and pathways - so it is puzzling that you did not feel that this available to you. As an Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS) accredited business we are comfortable with our model of care and are committed to a culture of continuous improvement.
