Pros

Regular full-time work. The role can be useful for learning practical vehicle installation skills, including fitting systems into vans and working with different equipment.

Cons

The hours still feel long despite the earlier finish on Friday, especially because the work is physical. There do not appear to be many real benefits beyond the basic minimum, and pay does not feel competitive for the level of responsibility and workload. Communication around progression and expectations could be much clearer. There is also no union representative on site, which makes it harder for employees to raise concerns collectively.

Shocking management

Pros

Staff are good to work with, friendly and helpful. Parking is good.

Cons

Management. The manager has no one to monitor their performance or work, this is a major issue as they bully, sulk spread rumours throughout. Not legal and not healthy for anyone who wants to work here. Needs sacking and possibly legal action.

Pros

Flexibility in work hours, remote work available for some positions.

Cons

Low pay. No resources to do things. Controlled entirely by parent company in Germany, little input in US to decision making.
