Pros
I worked at Soulpepper for 4 months in 2018 (from August to December). The only reason I had to leave is that my visa was about to expire but if I could I would have stayed. Working with Mahan, Sean and everyone there was an incredible experience. I can honestly say that if you're part of Soulpepper you're part of a family. Everyone made me feel extremely welcomed since the beginning, helping me when I had doubts and just making me feel comfortable in the new environment. The CEO, Sean, was great. He supported me every time I needed, by answering all the questions he could or by finding someone who could help me. When it comes to the work part I found that even if someone had their own area they would ask everyone's opinions. To me, as a digital marketer, showed that Soulpepper understands that for a good marketing strategy to work all areas need to be intertwined, being that paid ads or account manager or seo or web designer.
Cons
The only downside that I could think of is that if the management doesn't hire more people the agency might see a problem in the upcoming months. The company is growing at an extremely fast rate and with so much work coming into the office the employee's that work there might feel overwhelmed by how much it needs to be done. By hiring more people for support Soulpepper can share the workload with everyone.
