You get a marginally decent paycheck
Cons
The treat you as a employee very bad. They don't listen to any complaints you have about your work conditions. If you are sick one day and call in they fire you. They work us like a dog for the money we make. There is no real organization inside this company. If you work overtime sometimes you have to fight with personnel to get your correct amount of pay my check has been shorted numerous times

It is close to were I live so I stay but not forever because there are other companies in this area.
Cons
Working at sound is not a good experience. I would advise someone who is looking for work and a decent paycheck not to waste time applying here. If you like being valued and respected this is not the company for you
