      Good, Bad, and the Ugly

      Pros

      Small company with mostly nice people. Ideas you have will be used if they help the company.

      Cons

      Company originally sold used PBX telephone parts. Since the demise of the PBX they have had trouble finding their niche and the company just loses ground year after year. There appeared to be a culture of different types of addiction which could be very disruptive at times. This is the main reason I left. CEO was not the most stable person and hindered the company's growth.

      Good People, OK management, It was a job

      Cons

      Nasty environment, dirty building, getting worse., selling old technology. Since the CEO fell ill last year the house of cards is falling. Building up for sale. Employees asked to may much more for insurance.. Vendors beware.

      Source is a very resourceful company with many talented folks committed to make sure each company is happy with our products and services.

      Our reach is really only North America and Canada... wish we had a broader global reach
