SO be prepared to constantly answer who works at the prospecting account vs who is not. -KPI accountability is all over place. You can hit all metrics and still are the " barrier" to success and the only coaching likely received is that your outreach is flawed or questionable. - Overall as a previous employee mentioned things change by the hour. NO CLEAR and CONCISE plan and its offered as its your "plan" - sales strategy etc. when it is not and will be - CEO is EXTEREMLY unprofessional and unreasonable with request as well as verbiage. -You will be expect to produce immediately. I am serious on this one. IF you dont listen to this, it will be your fault. -There is no "true" ramp up period.... - I would never commit to anything because once it comes out of your mouth You must own whatever you said, because she has the memory of an "elephants" - I would record every single conversation you have, because whatever you say or don't say will come back to haunt you. - Please have at least 5-10 years experience working in tech staffing with a pre-booked or presold deals meaning. 100% they will work with you or staffing placements. There is not a real ramp. -YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE new to the business and work with the team. -KNOW your tech stacks..... You will thank me later
