Pros

Safe environs, cozy lounge, excellent work atmosphere, great people at first since most of them are approachable but not all are reliable.

Cons

Accounting Dept really sucks, a number of employees' gov't benefits are improperly paid, loans are not properly reviewed, somehow slow on processing payroll atm cards, disputes are taken lightly, as if it is not important. Job security is hanging on a thread.

Pros

The client is amazing to work for

Cons

The South African branch has a leadership and organizational culture crisis. The HR manager's performance has been concerning as there appears to be a lack of oversight and support for employees. The is a manager less than a year in the organization who has created a challenging work environment, where several employees have been dismissed under questionable circumstances. This has resulted in a revolving door, with other teams experiencing constant changes and little stability. There is a pervasive culture of fear within the organization, which negatively affects morale and employee engagement. The Head of SA is primary focus on operation employee retention and career development are not prioritized. individuals seeking professional growth and a respectful, supportive workplace will find this environment limiting
