Sous Chef is a great company to work for and continue to inspire me! There is always something new to learn, and the Team we have is full of energy! Sous Chef will ensure you are always listened and your opinion counts. I feel very proud I could bring my expertise and felt welcome from day one...CEO, Directors and Management are humble and transparent, and most important to me: They will welcome you every day with a nice 'good morning' and a 'big smile'!. They have amazing benefits for employees like 30% discount in their online store (which is a blessing if you are a foodie like me!), life insurance and all discounts and benefits from the LifeWorks scheme (Wellbeing platform for all employees).
Cons
The offices they have at the moment are quite small, however I heard the CEO is looking for a bigger space now (which may includes more relaxed areas for meetings for example), so hopefully this will be something from the past in few months!
