CO Springs- Overall great office space, ample parking and coworkers, Space Foundations Mission, goals and projects are exciting and make the day to day enjoyable. Great amount of paid holidays and end of year shutdown to enjoy the holidays.
Cons
Operationally- seem to be a little disorganized. Interacting with HR was challenging and often times felt like I was bothering them when I did have a question. Employee handbook seemed out of date and needs a refresh. Everything just felt like a checklist and not helpful in a human way. Lots of turnover recently which makes me think there needs to be additional manager training to help support employees through challenges, growth and more.
