My direct supervisor was profoundly disrespectful and unprofessional, and routinely harassed me over menial issues they themselves were guilty of, just for the power trip. Most managers in this organization are very robotic, i.e. no personality, no sense of humor and no emotions. The environment is like Office Space. The company does not have a "people first" culture. There is a lot of chauvinism, where leaders back each other up before anyone else, and basically have a monopoly. In other words, if you're just an employee, you don't matter as much as the leadership. When I expressed my concerns, I was told I was the problem. Even though the benefits are good, the non-competitive pay balances it out. Stay away.
