free lunch, bragging rights, some awesome co-workers

Cons

expectation of long hours, they prefer to have a low head count to stay on budget but the workload is impossible. management is snobby and unsupportive

Cons

Management could not be less qualified. Everyone in upper management positions have no clue what's happening at the ground level and they are all massively under qualified to preform most if not all of their jobs.
