These remain a mystery. Heath insurance was cheap, however you pay for what you get.

Cons

They were all over the place. It also was obvious they have people in positions they should not be, thus adding more on the guys in the field. Knowing your job and how to complete tasks play a huge factor in your management choices. Certain people in certain positions with terrible communication and taking advantage of the company.
