      Its a good company to work with. Since it was my first job i learned a lot.

      Appraisal System is not that good. Works of employees are not recognized well

      Fun place to work with lots of great benefits - almost 4 weeks vacation at entry level, lots of paid holidays, fun vendor events

      Cons

      Work is unevenly distributed with a majority of teams over allocated and understaffed Promotions are distributed to manager favorites instead of those who have earned them
