      Pros

      - an open and collaborative environment - great benefits - plus the Head of HR is amazing! - great leadership team Best of all... an awesome product!

      Cons

      Free lunch, and no gym membership :) This is a software startup, so there are growing pains and shifts in priorities...but the beauty of it is that your voice is heard throughout it all (if you want your voice to be heard).

      Pros

      Great benefits, good relationships with all your colleagues despite the 9 hour time difference, ability to speak your mind freely and share your opinion with everyone without fear of retribution, lots of freedom in the role, ability to shape your work day to suit you and your client's availability, lots of challenges both internally and externally to set up processes and documentation to really make Sparkcentral the best on the market.

      Cons

      Some HR problems in Europe, but those are kinks to be ironed out. High staff turnover seems to be common Communication gap between product/engineering and the needs of the customers. This seems to be improving, however.
