- Micro management, watching and correcting silly mistakes like forgetting punctuation in an email.
- First week training would be it, if you had any more questions on your tasks you would be told it’s an inconvenience for the person training you to have to answer questions more than once but then would question why mistakes were made.
- On first week of training told me because it took a week to learn invoicing the team was behind.
