Pros
Learned a lot about the advertising industry and the back-end inner workings of building and running online advertising.
Cons
Low pay - but pretty good healthcare benefits, and often worked weekends, holidays and outside normal business hours (campaigns are always running). Also was treated very poorly at times by the Sales department you are assigned to without accountability on the part they play in selling poor deals or help from management to change the behavior. Company shifts most of the work onto Campaign Managers, but the role itself is very under valued and under appreciated.
