      Pros

      Only 4 weeks in but a great bunch of clever people. Still a size where you can get things done. Plenty of ability to help shape the direction. Solutions are on point for the current market dynamics

      Cons

      Still a few processes that are linked to individuals so things can get stuck when people are out, but plenty of changes happening to fix processes for the better.

      - Excellent on-boarding/training - Great product, unique in the market - My colleagues are fantastic, everyone cares about not just the product and company but about each other too - The perks are amazing!

      - Start-up company, sometimes this slows down/stops the sales cycle for larger organisations
