Pros
You’ll get good salary and Nvidia tag. You can get time in day to search for another job if you are working in night shift.
Cons
I cannot write all CONS because i can write thesis on it. 1. You have to follow new policies which will get created by transgender HR when they fail to manage something. 2. They will check pockets for cellphones and you have to keep phones in the locker. 3. You cannot keep bags with you as it is again the policy of the company. Policy my as* 😂 4. You have to beg for half day and full day leaves. 5. No growth because this is Worst than CALL CENTRE. 6. There will be Attendance so if you are in the washroom they will screw you. 7. Take carry bags if you want to poop or pee because if you are away from desk there will be 1 hour of meetings and they will revise you the policies. 8. If you are against the management they will finger your as* by performance sh*t. 9. You are a contractor so you will be treated as Nazayaz aulaad. 10. You cannot survive in the pressurised environment because they give 20 minutes to eat and if you fail to come back to desk in the give time they will revise policies in the meeting room for next 1 hour. 11. We were graduated from the college with the hope of working in an IT company but we were not knowing that we are again taking admission in school where we have to follow rules strictly. 12. Policies will be created as and when needed irrespective of considering you as a human being. 13. Contractor = Donkey without brain 🧠 14. No one will respect you as you are a contractor in fact transportation people and food serving people will consider you beggars. And yes it is true that “beggars can’t be choosers “. 15. Phones are not allowed at desk so they will check pockets several times. Be aware if your pocket is torned from inside as they can catch you 😂. 16. There is no use of this process executive post if you are an engineer so choose wisely after all you have spent a lot in getting an engineering degree so don’t play with your career. 17. Many more to list down but sorry i am busy in working somewhere else where i can use phone on my desk and this all things I wrote in my lunch break which is 1.5 hours. I thank spectrum school staff members for creating me a diamond which was successfully picked up by another company and now i love my life.
