Pros
A lot of companies want to rank them selves as a great place to work but it is often "words on a wall". Since I joined, I could only confirm that this is actually a reality here. It is a stimulating place to work, where ideas are listened to and we all have constantly the opportunity to bring a significant contribution. Not only our individual contributions in this continously growing organisaiton are really appreciated but on top of that, the atmosphere is just really great. People work really TOGETHER not like colleagues but more like a family.
Cons
They are so insignificant compared to the avantages that I would not even mention one.
