Sweat shop. Developers are expected to work nights and weekends sometimes for 3-4 months in a row to complete a project. The unlimited vacation is actually a downside because you are never allowed to take it. Anything over 2 weeks requires C level approval. Very unstable. Layoffs happen every week and good people leave all the time. Not a fun work environment for these reasons as everyone is on edge. There are no processes put in place because the they just get thrown out the window during projects. Management makes highly unrealistic commitments to clients that are impossible to deliver and then doesn't provide the staffing to succeed. The company is run on almost a day to day strategy in that they hire and fire people based on what they think they need for that day. No loyalty to employees at all. People are laid off whenever projects end and then more will be hired to replace them when new projects start up. Management is very short sided.
