      Good company for growth opportunities

      Pros

      - the older brother and the COO are great leaders, they actually care about you and the company, to me its really important who the leaders are because that who I learn from the most - good growth opportunities, I started as a logistics coordinator and have been promoted twice already, they promote based on performance versus the length of time someone has been working at the company - good commission structure / bonus plan that is easy to understand and achieve if you work hard - ping pong, fun nights out

      - longer hours than normal - location is a 20 minute walk from nearest skytrian
