      Pros

      It really depends on what you're looking for. If you value a relaxed atmosphere, company events, and social gatherings, it's a great place with lots of nice people.

      Cons

      If you're focused on growth and development, it might not be the best fit, management is rather average and lacks the skills to truly lead a team. There’s not much sense of mentorship or guidance coming from them.

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, if you want to work close to people, and enjoy the time in the office, then that may be a place for you. Senior management in engaged in making it fun place to work, with a lot of additional activies, like company gatherings, technical events. They do respect your time, and you may easily find best working time for you, and work full office / hybrid / remote. Therefore it makes it good place for people, that wants to adjust they schedules.

      Cons

      They are open to however you would like to work, however sometimes you may get coupled to client's schedule. Therefore it's important to communicate your needs before project assignation will happen. You may also land in project which does not fit you well, however if you will communicate that clearly, you will be able to move to different project.
