      Mixed but better than most

      Pros

      Work life balance Flexibility in working hours People Atmosphere Office & Working environment Gym Discount in package Approachability of Brand Director and some other senior management.

      Cons

      Pay is poor, but benefits mean its about average at the end of the day. A lot of praise in words and not a lot of reward in salary or progression Support for development and progression very dependent on line manager ALOT of change and confusion in the business at the moment and there seems to be a 'jobs for the boys' mentality in some areas.

      Great to Learn, Maybe Not to Stay?

      Pros

      A friendly, open, and creative company to work for; lots of social and work-related perks, opportunities for learning and networking.

      Cons

      Depending on your team, there may not be clear career progression paths. Some positions are created due to a situational requirement (e.g. 6-month project) and that means that a 'next step' isn't clear, or doesn't exist at all. Advice would be to do and learn as much as possible during your time there, in preparation of moving on after your contract; if you end up staying, then no harm done.
