Employee get salary on time. great opportunity to learn.

too heavy workload, employee need to update status every minute. working hours are more than 9:30 hrs. no appreciation for good work. No management hierarchy. unhealthy work environment. no respect for employees. "Stupid" kind of words are used for employees. No professionalism at all. Thinsg are taken personally by management. no work culture. project requirements are not clear. no cultural events. no parties. worst part is once you put the paper, you are treated very badly. New projects are assigned in notice period. Employees are tortured by management once you put the paper
