Pros

Pod structure with AE's, CS and SDR's works well Product is business critical and well renowned in the mobile marketing space Full remote, but with WeWork all access works well for me Leadership are collaborative and down to earth, their expectations feel realistic The company is financially stable Lot's of autonomy with little micro-management

Cons

We're focusing upmarket, so getting a good share of the best target accounts can be challenging UK benefits are a little limited
