Pros

Good money, awesome coworkers, management is pretty cool, fun environment, team oriented, cultural cornerstones

Cons

As an employee, you are replaceable and will be treated like so. If you face an issue with sexual harassment/assault/rape, save yourself some trouble and file a police report. Going to HR is humiliating. They will not believe/or help you what-so-ever. Little to no diversity/inclusion initiative.

Pros

You will work with people and build friendships with those around you. You will build a few contacts that will stay with you.

Cons

Every woman/girl that works for this company will be judged; they will look only at physical attributes. They will not care if the woman/girl brings people I they will look at T&A. It's a bar it happens. When those people get into a rough spot they will not support them. They will disagree and when that person decides to leave (puts a notice in) they will look for any and every reason to get rid of them. To this company everyone is disposable (again it's a bar). The days off are nonexistent and the PTO is unobtainable by non salary workers. The amount paid to any and every position (from what I have learned) is sub par. The bartender position is open only to those that the management finds attractive. Not personable, just attractive. They will not allow overtime, unless they want YOU to hit over time. Let me explain; they allow certain workers to hit over time, but not the ones who request it or need the over time. We have seen workers request to have overtime that needed it but the management wouldn't let them have it due what they are paid (or in quite a few instances it depended on if the manager liked them or not). The service industry is not a forgiving one its long hours and some times you don't make much. Splitsville knows this and will schedule those who they deem their top servers for over 60 hours a week. It is a good thing but they don't give them anything substantial. Watch what you say around the management too. They misconstrue words and actions; and will form their own interpretation of it to suit what they want.

Pros

The atmosphere is probably the best reason to work here, bowling, bars, other games and cool music. You get free bowling when it's non peak hours. The management is really relaxed and fun to work with. Tip based income.

Cons

Can get hectic and flooded with people and sometimes they are understaffed. Stress can be high when it gets really busy. Bad pay checks on slow weeks.
